TGE-05 is a kind if modified starch with a natural and light flavor. Most suitable for freeze-resistant, heat-resistant and acid-resistant foods with excellent stability. Especially for the production of high-quality frozen soup and frozen food with short paste structure and strong resistance to processing, it is the most ideal starch.
