Product Performance:
(1) Provide a smooth and glutinous taste;
(2) Immersion resistance, slow the changes when tasting;
(3) Improve the resistance and reduce the breaking rate;
(4) Low gelatinization temperature, shorten the cooking time, reduce the dissolved object, not muddy soup;
(5) Good freezing stability to ensure the quality of the frozen cooked surface storage process. 
Recommended starch: Sino-Thai starch TGD-301, Sino-Thai starch TGE-100
Recommended dosage: 5 ~ 15% of the total amount of powder
