The production process of mochi bread:
1. Weigh the raw materials and pour them into the mixer one by one.

2. Stir at low speed for 1 minute, then change to medium speed for 3 minutes, then add red beans, sesame seeds, green onions, etc. according to personal taste, and finally stir at low speed for 1 minute. Put the mixed dough into a piping bag.
