Snow skin mooncake production process:
1. Add the weighed ice skin premix powder into the mixing tank, then add cool boiled water, first mix at low speed for 1 minute, then switch to medium speed for 4 minutes until the dough is soft and elastic. (You can also knead the dough by hand)

2. Add white oil and mix well with the dough until the white oil is completely absorbed and the dough is smooth and elastic.
