· 保水性好，低温和冷冻储存稳定性好，脱水收缩性减弱；
· 成膜性好，保证制成品表面光滑，口感爽滑筋道，不浑汤；
· 能配成不同浓度的胶液使用;
应用范围
· 方便食品：油炸方便面、热风方便面、鲜湿面、挂面、微波面、即食水饺、云吞；
· 速冻米面制品：速冻水饺、速冻云吞、速冻春卷、速冻面点
