Fiberfit is a digestible maltodextrin (DRM) or commonly known as soluble dietary fiber, which is extracted from corn or tapioca starch through an enzymatic process. Since 1960, DRM has been widely recognized in Foods for Specified Health Use (FOSHU) for its function in maintaining healthy gut regularity, blood glucose levels and blood lipids. DRM was also recognized by the FDA as one of the 17 dietary fibers in 2016.
